Doesn't just happen to the ladies Sharon. I manage to burn at least 6-8 times minimum. Best thing I've used so far is Bullfrog. Give it a shot. Happy riding.

ok.. I think i figured out how to get a great big long link to a google map posted here.. of approx the route we would look at taking.. If you see any glaring errors or any way to save significant miles or time.. give us a shout..
