Ghost Town Biker Rally

The Casper Area Chamber of Commerce is putting together the first ever Pre-Sturgis Biker Rally, to welcome the thousands of bikers that travel through our town heading to Sturgis. The first Annual Ghost Town Biker Rally!!

With the help of several local sponsors, businesses and committee members, we have gotten most of the logistics put together. The event will be held the evening of Friday, August 3rd and go on through the day Saturday, August 4th. The city is allowing us to block off the street of Midwest, between Center and Ash and on David Street between Collins and mid-way between Midwest and 2nd. This area will be blocked entirely off to "cages". Only bikes will be allowed.

We have several major sponsors interested in helping us put this together including Greiners, Casper Beverage and Casper Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. Along with these sponsors, we will have tattoo vendors, leather vendors, food and concessions and a beer garden. The Chamber Ambassadors will also be selling Alcohol ID's bracelets so that people will be able to drink responsibly. Bands and music are also being lined up for the outdoor stage.

Our hopes was to have several events going on to attract the riders to possibly stay a while and spend some money, Some of the ideas were: Show and Shine Bike show, Ms. Ghost Town Rally Contest, "Hit a Biker" Dunk Tank", Poker Walk through down town shops, Tattoo contest, and whatever other suggestions we might get. We are currently offering a free vendor space to any non-profit organization that would like to put on an "event" during the show. Their organization would profit from the event and get their name out there and also help promote the Ghost Town Rally. We already have a sponsor for the Ms Ghost Town Rally Contest!
