Former (Law Enforcement Gang Member) O.C. deputy gets multiple life terms for molesting girl

A former (Law Enforcement Gang Member) Orange County sheriff's deputy on Friday was sentenced to 188 years in state prison for molesting a young girl.

Wilbert Dale Garcia, who spent 19 years as a sheriff's deputy, was convicted earlier this year of 79 criminal counts, including aggravated sexual assault and lewd acts with a victim under 14, Riverside County District Attorney spokesman John Hall said.

Garcia was arrested in April 2009 during a traffic stop in Murrieta. Before his arrest, he was assigned as a patrol deputy in south Orange County.

Authorities did not identify the 9-year-old victim.

Prosecutors say the sexual assaults lasted from October 2002 until June 2004. They have not indicated where Garcia met the girl or where the sexual assaults took place.

Garcia was placed on paid administrative leave immediately after his arrest and is no longer working for the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

Well when the sick sucker is incarcerated you can bet there will be a lot of men who will make him pay before law enforcement gets a hold of him. That dumbass is in for an education!!

One time in the mid 1980's my father sued the Chelan County Sheriffs department for running over his foot, breaking his toes and putting him under false arrest. He was just walking home from a bike rally cuz he was too drunk to ride his bike. The dummy deputy sheriffs department thought they could arrest him and drove up to his side, accidentally running over his foot, stopping on his toes, and tried to arrest him for public intoxication. Because they were on his foot he won the law suit and several thousands of dollars. The Chelan County Sheriffs department so lost and had to not only pay my father, but also had to post a public apology in the Wenatchee Valley News, it was a major win for the rights we have been stripped of. That is why we should never give up the fight when we are right. Stand up for your Constitutional rights even when the useless cops and governmental entities takie you for a ride. We still can, sometimes come out on the right side of the law!!
